Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre (BSBCC)

Founded by Wong Siew Te in 2008. BSBCC's main goal is to protect sun bears through rehabilitation, education and research. To date, BSBCC has housed 46 rescued sun bears.

Free Tree Society Kuala Lumpur

We produce a range of community projects and events centred around our precious environment. Gunung Mulu National Park is a park management company that manages a World Heritage Park for Malaysia on behalf of the Sarawak Government. This also entails all tourism related services from tours, accommodation and F&B.

Malaysian Primatological Society

MPS was established in 2015 by a group of budding primatologist to empower conservation research and education on primates in Malaysia at the same time doing community outreach throughout Malaysia. MPS also actively affiliated with International Primatological Society (IPS).

Malayan Rainforest Station

Malayan Rainforest Station (MRS) is a research-based NGO working on conservation and community empowerment in Merapoh, Pahang. MRS primary focus is to promote conservation & research efforts through evidence-based data and active participation of local communities as a holistic and sustainable approach. MRS also acts as a research hub where we collaborate with various local and international research institutions across wildlife to plant research disciplines while transferring the knowledge to our local Malays and Indigeneous Bateq people in Merapoh area.

Perak State Park Corporation

Perak State Park Corporation (PSCP) is an initiative from the state government to protect the nature heritage. There are five state parks under PSPC which is Royal Belum State Park, Pulau Sembilan State Park, Kinta Nature Park and Kinta Valley Geopark and Lenggong Valley Archaeological World Heritage Site.

Persatuan Rimba Komuniti Kota Damansara, Selangor (KDCF Society)

KDCF Society was established to provide a focal community-based organization to partner the Forestry Department in managing the newly gazetted Kota Damansara Forest Reserve (2010). The community played a key role in advocating for the protection of the forest. The sustainable forest trails developed by the community in the forest have been important in garnering public support for the forest. Since safeguarding the forest, the Society has continued to be active in environmental education, recreation, voluntarism, community service, and Roots & Shoots Malaysia Award (RASMA).

Roots and Shoots Malaysia is a youth organization founded by Jane Goodall. Tropical Rainforest Conservation and Research Centre

Tropical Rainforest Conservation and Research Centre (TRCRC) is a non-governmental Organization (NGO) that focuses on the establishment of ex-situ Tropical Rainforest Living Collections (TRLCs) and plant nurseries throughout Malaysia to support the conservation of rare, threatened and endangered (RTE) plant species. A majority of tropical seeds are recalcitrant and cannot be stored in seed banks. TRCRC aims to improve the conservation status of Malaysian RTE plants and prevent further loss of tropical plant species. TRCRC believes in progress through collaboration. With this in mind, TRLCs are designed to complement government agencies, NGOs and stakeholders involved in the preservation and conservation of Malaysian plants and forests.

TCS is the first non-governmental and non-profit organisation dedicated to the conservation of freshwater turtles in Malaysia.
